For immediate release: Orleans, LA (April 27, 2011) - On Thursday, May 5, 2011, kicking off the second weekend of the 42nd New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, a collection of internationally renowned artists will take the stage for the 3rd annual DOWN ON THE BAYOU III event to benefit the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic and Assistance Foundation.

NOMAF named Recipient of the DHH Primary Care Access and Stabilization Grant

On September 21, 2007, the New Orleans Musicians’ Assistance Foundation (NOMAF) was named one of twenty-five organizations in the metropolitan New Orleans area that will receive federal grant funding to provide individuals to obtain medical and mental health care over a three year period.
